These rings are made of flexible plastic so you can customize their shape to your finger. They are open to fit most finger sizes and have grooves on the sides. Plastic holds the fresh glue, eliminating waste of dried glue. 

These rings ensure that you get exactly the width of the bottom you are looking for! When using a standard cup, the ring surrounds the cup, making it possible to keep track of how much glue has been used. The grooves in the side create small ledges that keep the bottom narrow when you push the rocker through.
